Job Summary:   We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to manage and promote a new brand within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to build brand presence across various channels.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the new brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, social media content, advertisements).
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales and logistics to ensure brand consistency.
  • Organize and manage events, promotions, and product launches for the brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media, and influencers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Report on marketing activities and performance to senior management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 4 qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in brand management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms) and Microsoft Office.
