Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Lead marketing activities at the branch.
• Manage company assets at the branch, including vehicles, furniture, fittings, and office equipment.
• Handle petty cash management and prepare daily petty cash utilization reports.
• Issue receipts to clients and manage sales transactions.
• Supervise branch staff, addressing any performance or disciplinary issues with the Head of Human Resource.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by interacting with clients, gathering feedback, and reporting complaints to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all vehicles at the branch and report maintenance needs to the Fleet Manager promptly.
• Manage fuel accountability, ensuring lesson counts match fuel usage.
• Coordinate timely payment of branch bills in liaison with the Head of Finance.
• Manage student time tracking and reconcile with instructor logs and mileage analysis.
• Prepare weekly performance reports.
• Submit client documents and ensure proper delivery to the head office and intended users.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Maintain an updated stock register of sold items, such as highway code books, learners’ permits, and road sign charts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or any business-related field.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals.
