Prestige Driving School is an institution dedicated to training learners to become safe drivers of tomorrow. With the support of our skilled staff, we aim to provide the highest level of driver training in Uganda, focusing on equipping learners with essential defensive driving skills.
Duty Station: Any Branch, Kampala and Upcountry, Uganda
Opening Date: 10th September 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Train fresh learners on safe driving practices (both practical and theory).
- Teach basic mechanics to clients before they take their driving tests.
- Maintain training cars in good condition and ensure they are clean.
- Record car mileage and submit reports to the supervisor.
- Prepare learners for emergency situations and instill confidence in them.
- Ensure cars are parked at designated spots.
- Assist branch managers in collecting inquiries when not instructing.
- Report accidents and ensure reported issues are resolved.
- Meet sales and customer service expectations.
- Provide excellent customer care and gather feedback from clients after lessons.
- Ensure the safety of learners on and off the road.
- Ensure the mechanical safety of vehicles.
- Ensure proper parking of cars daily.
- Match lessons done in a day with fuel usage.
- Report mechanical breakdowns promptly and ensure they are addressed.
- Report to the Fleet and Operations Manager.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum of a UCE Certificate.
- Valid driving permit with at least five years of on-road experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
