Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team immediately. The ideal candidate will develop strong sales strategies, source new sales opportunities, and close deals to meet sales targets. This role involves managing client relationships, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by utilizing various customer sales techniques.
  • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Attract and retain clients by creating and implementing new sales processes.
  • Assess client needs and establish productive, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to share and refine sales strategies.
  • Research specific accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.
  • Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to senior management using sales data.
  • Expand and maintain the client database within your designated territory.
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
