Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage effective risk and oversee the organization’s financial strategy. This critical role requires a strategic leader who is proficient in financial management, from accounting to investment and banking operations. The CFO will lead finance-related departments, protecting the company’s revenue and profits while ensuring sustainable growth.
CFO Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s financial planning and strategy.
- Analyze liabilities and investments to manage risk effectively.
- Develop investment strategies considering cash flow and liquidity risks.
- Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Ensure sufficient cash flow for the company’s operations.
- Supervise finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare reliable financial reports and forecasts.
- Implement and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Lead financial controllers and analysts to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a similar senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical acumen.
- CPA qualification is highly advantageous.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MSc/MBA preferred.
