Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Agency Development of PAUL, the Agency Development Executive will be responsible for coaching and mentoring agents to achieve set targets. This role involves meeting key business metrics, including manpower, active agents, new business, premium income, and persistency targets, while fostering the growth of high-performing agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor agents to meet business targets in manpower, new business, and premium income.
- Monitor agent performance to ensure achievement of product mix and persistency targets.
- Support the growth of the number of high-performing agents and agency millionaires.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Agency Development to meet key performance indicators.
- Provide feedback and regular performance reports to management.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Core Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized university.
- Professional qualification in insurance or progress towards attainment.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven sales experience in agency management or a related field.
- Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management and people development.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-activity, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated management skills and ability to execute effectively.
