Administration Assistant
The position reports directly to the Administration Supervisor and will be stationed at head office .
Role of the Job:
To provide administrative and clerical support to staff at Head office so as to maintain an efficient, clean and hygienic working environment.
Key Result Areas:
1. Data entry and record keeping
2. Managing Courier Services
3. Managing files
4. Handling phone calls in the Administration Unit
5. Coordinating service providers and supporting them
6. Offering support to internal teams as directed by the Administration Supervisor
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondences (must have a valid rider permit)
8. Offer support to the Administration Officer Stores. (Distribution of Stationery, Receipt of Goods, Engravement of Assets, Asset Verification)
Organizing venues for staff meetings and conferences, workshops as and when requested by the user departments.
Minimum educational and technical competence requirements:
• Diploma / Degree from a recognized university
• The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form in a professional manner is deemed essential.
• Ability to demonstrate positive image and uphold the Bank’s values.
• Ability to effectively relate with multifunctional teams
• Must be a person of integrity.
