Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Recruiting and hiring qualified personnel.
• Managing employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
• Overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Managing office operations and facilities.
• Developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
• Providing support to employees and management.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of work experience in human resources and administration.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success in managing HR functions.
