Key Responsibilities:
• Managing contracts and agreements for real estate projects.
• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions.
• Resolving contract disputes and claims.
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Providing technical expertise and support.
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management.
• 15 years of total experience in construction engineering, with at least 8 years in contract administration.
• Strong understanding of contract law and dispute resolution.
Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful contract management.
