Sales Manager Double Q Company Limited

Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations for both box bodies and forklifts, managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the automotive and material handling industries, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals for box bodies and forklifts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for box bodies and forklifts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
Client and Market Engagement:
• Act as a key point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and providing expert advice on product offerings.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Sales Administration:
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure alignment between sales and operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage product delivery and installation schedules effectively.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on customer and market feedback.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the automotive or material handling industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targets for box bodies and forklifts or similar products.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of box body and forklift products and their applications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
