Job Summary: As an Audit Manager in our Assurance division, you will use your professional skills and experience to manage complex assignments across a broad range of industries and responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and manage audit engagements, including risk assessments, test plans, and resource allocation.
Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high quality audit work.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Identify and assess risks, develop audit strategies, and implement audit procedures.
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor audit staff, providing training and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and firm policies.
Monitor and report on audit progress, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements
ICPAU member in good standing
Minimum two years in an Audit Manager role
Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed project constraints
Experience in client relationship development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Thorough knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
