Within this role you will be responsible for handling a range of Speciality accounts as well as leading, servicing and growing a portfolio of international and complex accounts ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization.
This role could suit an existing insurance professional looking for a new challenge or even someone from a different professional Client Management background looking to move into insurance.
This is a full-time role and you must be able to attend the office 5 days a week

We will rely on you to:
• Project manage, lead and deliver the client servicing for clients.
• Prepare pre-renewal reports and proposed strategy against a specific time line and other pre-renewal material for clients strategy meetings.
• Participate in and support the sales strategy for managed accounts (leveraging an in-depth understanding of client needs, market trends and internal product or service offerings) as well as new business developments efforts.
• Prepare and forward policy summaries at client’s requests.
• Project manage invoicing workflow and check quality of policies and invoices documentation before they are forwarded to clients.
• Actively engage in knowledge sharing with the team on clients, market, documentation or other topics.
• Actively engage and nourish relationships and professional networks with the client organisation.
• Support the placement colleagues in technical coverage and language negotiations, where required.
What you need to have:
• Demonstrable experience in insurance is ideal but Client Management experience in a professional environment is essential
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communications skills – English and local language verbal and written.
