Job Summary: Xclusive seeks to recruit Cultivation Manager for Xclusive Chrysanthemums (U) Limited. Can you monitor and implement the growing strategies of the plants? Are you able to attain a healthy plant with required dry matter that meets desired quality and quantity by harvest teams?

We offer an interesting job with a lot of responsibility and autonomy in which you are to implement and manage all growing processes of the plant with the most cost-effective utilisation of the available resources (human capital, material resources) to produce a healthy plant.
You will report to Production Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/ horticulture related field.
- Experience of 3 years and above in agriculture production field is an added advantage.
- Have strong managerial skills.
- Good communication, planning, organising and managing a team.
- Good at delegating and monitoring.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and implementing growing strategies of plants.
- Carrying out and analysing samples (soil and leaf samples) to attain a healthy plant with required dry matter.
- Identifying pests and disease, enforcement of hygiene protocols and providing technical support to responsible people that is sprayers, in charges and the scouters.
- Monitoring radiation through on time adjustment of screens, curtains and shed nets.
- Coaching, monitoring, and evaluating growing teams.
- Making growing round reports and submit to production managers on time, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Ensuring efficient use of the sprayers PPE’s (Personal protective equipment’s) and compiling and forwarding monthly bonus for the sprayers’ PPE usage to the production manager and Finance.
- Monitoring and evaluating the allocated budgets.
- Coaching, monitoring, and evaluating harvest teams.
