Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare work schedules to handle secondary market orders with the CP and advise on delivery.
  • Implement sales improvement strategies in retail markets and guide merchandisers on product visibility in supermarkets and retail outlets.
  • Review CP floor stock, advise on logistics and resources, update customer databases, and provide guidance on order booking in relation to CP targets.
  • Guide CPs sales teams to optimize product placement in secondary markets.
  • Monitor the use of company distribution panel vans and report performance to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Provide daily price analysis for assigned towns, follow up on customer balances as per credit days, and report on invoices due for clearance.
  • Ensure CP route sales trucks are optimized for distribution and product visibility.
  • Monitor and guide the use of coolers and product display in retail and wholesale outlets, and submit status reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Conduct market research, develop new accounts, and submit weekly market intelligence reports.
  • Guide CPs on maintaining and updating sales information system reports.
  • Participate in sales promotion activities including trade fairs and sales campaigns.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or Head Office Sales staff.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration (Marketing Option), or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience required.

  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle non-routine matters with minimal instructions.
