Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs. The Vocational Trainer will provide instruction, guidance, and support to ensure learners acquire the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for success in their chosen field.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver training programs in accordance with industry standards and requirements.
Develop and maintain curriculum, training materials, and assessments.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to learners.
• Assess leamer progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and assessment results.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
• Relevant trade or occupational qualification and experience.
• Experience in a vocational education and training (VET) setting.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technologies Teaching or training qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).

• Experience in assessment and evaluation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical Ability:
Ability to reside in Luwero Supervisory Controls: The individual will serve under the immediate supervision of the Social Economic Strengthening Officer
Contract Tenure: 1 year with a possibility of extension subject to availability of funding.
