Qualifications
Pre-Primary School Headmaster:
• A Diploma in Education (Primary program) or its equivalent, typically with a Grade III teacher certificate.
Experience
Pre-Primary School Headmaster:
• At least two years of teaching experience as a grade III teacher. Prior experience as a teacher with familiarity in pre-primary education.
Skills and Qualities
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, staff, and the community.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A clear vision for educational excellence and school improvement.
