Job Summary:

The Logistics Technical Trainee will develop a deep understanding of the Logistics department, focusing on Distribution, Warehousing, and Inventory over a 12-month period. This fast-paced program includes exposure to Logistics operations, projects, and interaction with senior leaders.

Program Overview:

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Structure: 4-month rotational cycles across various teams within the Logistics function
  • Learning Approach: 70-20-10 rule (70% from experiences/projects, 20% from relationships, 10% from training)
  • Outcome: After 8 months of growth and completion of the program, trainees can apply for roles within the business to advance their careers.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Maximum of three years of relevant work experience
  • Geographical mobility – willingness to relocate during and after the training program
  • Fully proficient in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Ambitious, curious, bold, and resilient
  • Determined to deliver results
  • Sense of ownership and a desire to make an impact
