Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, manage schedules, coordinate marketing campaigns, handle customer inquiries, and maintain customer databases. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Track sales orders and ensure they are processed and fulfilled accurately.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, transportation, and accommodation.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing/Statistics, BBA Marketing option, or any other business-related course.
- Two years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Administrator or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
