Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Technician at Coseke Uganda Limited. The Hardware Technician will be responsible for hardware installation, hardware support, troubleshooting, printer support, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Installation: Install and configure hardware components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Hardware Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for hardware systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues effectively and efficiently.
- Printer Support: Maintain and support printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users, addressing any hardware-related inquiries or issues.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Diploma: In Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Required Skills
- Hardware Installation and Support: Proficient in installing and supporting hardware systems.
- Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Networking and Servers: Knowledge of networking and server management.
- Printer Support: Experience in maintaining and supporting printers.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Communication: Good communication skills.
