Internship Training Opportunity Summary
LifeLink Medical Centre & LifeLink Hospital is offering internship training opportunities to build capacity, talent, and experience in various departments, including Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Insurance Billing, and Internal Audit. We are seeking young, energetic, confident, and passionate individuals interested in gaining knowledge and practical experience.
Position Details
- Position: Intern
- Duty Station: LifeLink Medical Centre & LifeLink Hospital
- Reports to: Respective Head of Department
- Interfaces with: All staff and Senior Management Team
Internship Training Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, relevant to the department being applied to.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sympathetic, empathetic, supportive, and professional approach to staff and clients.
- Possess physical stamina.
- Able to prioritize and learn independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on new challenges.
Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.
- Performing clerical duties.
- Job shadowing.
- Learning technical skills related to the industry/field of study.
- Generating a weekly/monthly report of lessons learned and achievements.
