Job Description: The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting strategic planning for marketing communications, managing product and service launches, and driving both internal and external product awareness. The role involves conducting competitor marketing benchmarking and supporting research processes, identifying market opportunities, and developing specific plans to achieve set goals. The individual will oversee the development and execution of marketing communications across all business units, monitor and evaluate marketing activities to ensure return on investment, support sales activations and lead generation, and manage the bank’s sponsorships to ensure excellent execution and ROI. Additionally, the role may include other assignments as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support products and services marketing communications strategic planning.
- Manage product and services launches, campaigns, and budgets.
- Drive internal and external product awareness.
- Offer continuous competitor marketing benchmarking and support research processes.
- Identify market opportunities and develop specific plans to achieve set goals in liaison with all business units.
- Oversee marketing communication development and execution for all products and business units.
- Monitor and evaluate all business marketing activities to ensure ROI.
- Support sales activations and lead generation.
- Identify, develop, and manage bank’s sponsorships to ensure excellent execution and ROI.
- Handle any other assignments that may arise from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in managerial positions.
Academic & Professional Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in B.COM (Marketing), Mass Communication, or any other business-related course.
Professional Qualifications:
- CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
