Duties and responsibilities
To recruit a knowledgeable and engaging Digital Skills Trainer who can effectively design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance our workforce’s digital competencies. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to various skill levels, stay current with emerging technologies, and measurably improve our team’s digital proficiency to support our organization’s digital transformation goals.”

Qualifications /Training and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education, or related field
2. Relevant technical and instructional design certifications
3. 3-5 years experience in digital skills training
4. Proficiency in various digital tools and current technology trends
5. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies

Experience in both in-person and online training delivery
7. Project management skills for training programs
8. Ability to develop soft skills in digital contexts
9. Data analysis skills for assessing training effectiveness
10. Commitment to continuous learning in technology and training
11. Fluency in primary instruction language; additional languages beneficial
