Cipla Quality Chemical are seeking a head (legal)/Company secretary who has a deep understanding of compliance obligations for listed companies in Uganda.
HE/SHE should have;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Possession of a PGD in Legal Practice and ICSA is a must; an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
• At least ten (10) years’ legal and compliance management experience in a regulated environment.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of compliance obligations of listed companies in Uganda will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
