Job Summary
A Sales Director leads and oversees the sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market reach.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Sales or any other relevant degree from a recognized university. A master’s degree or other qualifications in animal production and management/veterinary medicine will be a distinct advantage.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an agribusiness establishment. Exposure to dynamic markets and a proven track record will be critical.
- Must be a team player comfortable working with targets.
