It is also the official distributor for other legendary brands like Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Great Wall Motors (Wingle double cabin and Hover Station wagons), Kinglong Buses and Deutz Fahr Tractors.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative – (Commercial Vehicles) will be responsible for conducting day to day sales of commercial vehicles, identify leads for potential customers, and educate prospects on products through calls, trainings, presentations and providing existing customers with exceptional support, to boost our customer base.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To source for potential customer and lead generate leads for commercial vehicles (trucks) through your contacts.
- Prepare commercial vehicles sales proposals, presentations and contracts for Sales Manager’s action
- Present and sell commercial vehicle products and services to current and prospective clients.
- Receive commercial vehicles customers and attend to their needs in the most professional manner.
- Record and document properly all commercial vehicles sales transactions and activities in compliance with the company policies.
- Handle commercial vehicle customers’ inquiries as well as identify and resolve their concerns.
- Handle commercial vehicle customer complaints efficiently and take appropriate action.
- Maintain up to date commercial vehicles sales activity diary, from which to prepare the weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Maintain an up to date commercial vehicles customer correspondence file, in order to keep a clear track record of each commercial vehicles customers.
- Follow up on commercial vehicles referrals and new leads resulting after field activity
- Participate in commercial vehicles promotion activities and initiatives as required.
- Assist in collecting commercial vehicles sales statistics to determine sales growth of the company.
- Attend all scheduled sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales, goals and obstacles.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in a sales, marketing or business-related course.
- Three years of working experience in commercial vehicle sales.
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus
- Good knowledge of manual and computerized sales systems.
- Proficiency in computer use, including computerized sales software.
- Interpersonal, public relations and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills and good analytical and troubleshooting skills
