Sales Representative
The Sales person will develop and promote sales at one of the upcoming Lapaire Optical Centers, meeting physically with potential customers and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from the Optical Center and will directly report to the Branch Manager.
Their job will be composed of 3 main tasks:
Reach out and attend potential customers in the Field & at the Branch.
• Increase awareness around clear sight to all potential customers in the field and at the branch
• Participate in fieldwork activities like distributing flyers and collecting leads & their contacts
• Use your knowledge to explain the benefits of wearing eyeglasses
• Listen, look and help people choose frames and lenses
Convert customers interest into successful sales
• Follow-up with potential customers over the phone, answering their questions related to pricing, payment and delivery
• Enter contact details of leads acquired in the field into the database
• Present clear pricing and installment plans options to potential customers
• Collect deposits and close sales with customers in due time
Ensure smooth delivery to customers
• Keep customers informed about the delivery and status of their order
• Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing , or any relevant field, with +1 years of professional experience in a business/retail setting.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic sales techniques and telephone etiquette.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
It is required from candidates to be proficient in accounting and analysis software (Excel etc.)
