Job Description:
Protea Hotel-Entebbe is seeking skilled professional waiters to join our Food & Beverage Service team. Our ideal candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact effectively with customers to provide a positive dining experience.
- Stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays with multiple dishes.
- Remember and accurately recall customer orders.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Take and deliver orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use time efficiently to ensure prompt service and timely delivery of orders.
- Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Accept criticism and work well under pressure.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays with multiple dishes.
- Ability to remember and accurately recall customer orders.
- Skill in managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Accuracy in taking and delivering orders.
- Efficient use of time to ensure prompt service and timely delivery of orders.
- Upselling and recommending menu items.
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
