An eco lodge in Kihihi is looking for an HR Officer to support the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and administrative tasks including filing, drafting offer letters, and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of environmental and sustainability HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in HR support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as filing, drafting offer letters, and scheduling interviews.
