Golden Marketing Uganda is searching for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) space. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a creative spark, comfortable working in the dynamic world of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns for our FMCG clients.
• Craft compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.
• Manage social media channels, influencer partnerships, and online communities.
• Integrate BTL activations with online strategies for maximum impact.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or BTL agencies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative digital campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• A passion for data analysis and using insights to optimize campaigns.
Bonus points for:
• Experience working with FMCG brands in Uganda.
• Understanding of BTL activation strategies and their integration with digital.
• A creative mind that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
