Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Activation:
    • Involve in acquiring new clients, activating them, generating revenue, and achieving referrals for Stre@mline products and services.
    • Collaborate with a team to achieve set targets.
    • Promote Stre@mline products and services to generate leads.
  • Business Development:
    • Conduct business development activities for select clients.
    • Present and demo Stre@mline products to clients.
  • Client Support:
    • Provide exceptional client support.
    • Collect feedback from customers and the market to contribute to continuous innovation.
    • Maintain client records.
  • Sales Process:
    • Respond to client inquiries regarding prices, payment modes, etc.
    • Prepare weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Degree in Business Computing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
    • Experience in the health sector is an added advantage.
    • Experience with consultative sales processes.
    • Demonstrated initiative in previous engagements.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Technology savvy with a clear understanding of how information systems operate.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient I.T. and computer skills.

Onboarding:

  • Undergo 3 months of probation training at the Stre@mline office in Kampala to master the products and sales processes.
  • Confirmation upon completing the probation period.

Compensation:

  • Monthly retainer fee of UGX 2,000,000.
  • Substantial rewards from a generous commission scheme.

Reporting:

  • You will report to the Sales Director.
