Job Description
Platinum Specialists Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR-related activities. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding staff, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human resource management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, confidentiality management, analytical and problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems.
- Location: Kampala, Uganda (Plot 113 Along Buganda Road)
