Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Use various methods to generate leads, such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications with clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
