Job Summary:

Next Media is seeking 13 dynamic Account Managers across different divisions: Radios (5 positions), Next Com (5 positions), and Salam (3 positions). The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Use various methods to generate leads, such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications with clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
