Management Trainee – ERP Systems Osela Technologies Ltd

We are currently seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program in ERP Systems. This program is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in the IT industry.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and development to qualify for roles such as system support consultant, systems implementation consultant, system developer, or systems analyst within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions and workshops focused on IT systems, software development, and project management.
• Rotate through different departments or project teams to gain exposure to various aspects of system implementation, development, support, and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to execute client projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing effective solutions.
• Conduct research and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and present findings.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Computing, Actuarial Science, Business-related Courses (CPA, etc.), or Engineering with an IT bias.
• Age Bracket Target: Applicants must be below 25 years of age.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in delivering engaging presentations to various audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.

Training Objectives:
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee program, candidates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to qualify for roles such as:
• System Support Consultant
• Systems Implementation Consultant
• System Developer
• Systems Analyst

• Candidates will be evaluated based on their educational background, skills, competencies, and potential to excel in IT systems roles. The selection process may include interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the most suitable candidates for the program.
