JOB DESCRIPTION
Offer the highest standard of both specialized and general Spa services in a professional manner, maximize all revenue-producing opportunities relating to Spa services, securing new and repeat business, and establish a loyal clientele via your committed and dedicated staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume full responsibility for the cost-effective operation of the Spa.
- Prepare the annual and revised Spa Budget in close cooperation with management, commensurate with the operational requirements of the property.
- Have complete knowledge of all spa services, including price structure, and help train and amplify the team capability.
- Be aware of and keep accurate timing of client appointments/treatments for each working shift.
- Maintain the hygiene and safety of all areas according to the spa set standard.
- Ensure that the treatment rooms are at all times set to the spa set standard, with all products and equipment in readiness for the shift ahead.
- Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Appropriate diploma in Spa management.
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in the same position.
