He/she will be responsible for overall financial planning, comprehensive financial monitoring and reporting, maintaining economic and administrative services, and supporting STIA operations. He/she will head the Finance and Admin Department, be a strategic thought partner, and report directly to the Country Director (CD). The Finance & Admin Manager must work within IFRS, policies, and procedures in compliance with STIA’s Finance and Administration Manual.
Education:
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s is preferred. CPA/ACCA is required.
Experience:
• 6+ years in planning processes, performance management, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building in a robust NGO or INGO. Knowledge of USAID, UN, EU, World Bank, or AFD financial regulations and reporting.
Skills:
• Proficient in accounting software, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
