Graduate Sales Trainee- Van Marketing
This is a field sales position and the successful candidate will be responsible for the Overall growth of designated region, including sales & marketing, debt management, market share, product growth & brand visibility, warranty management and ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for acquiring new business and upgrading current customer database through prospecting on the allocated Van marketing routes, identifying new opportunities that will present growth and expanding the regional market reach.
• Ensure that you are well conversant and knowledgeable with the available product range, sizing, pricing, availability etc.
• Proactively identify and secure new business, developing new dealers within designated region, ensuring retention of the same.
• Direct marketing of products to dealers, ensuring that dealer premises within designed region are well branded, product well displayed.
• Constantly seek to improve the level of retail customer service and effectiveness at dealers’ shops and outlets through trainings and workshops.
• Updating customers within designated region on new products, pricing, special offers and services
• available, through weekly visits, phone calls and/or emails.
• Ensure compliance of all Customer Service Standards
• Operate strictly within the company’s credit policies for which you are expected to be completely familiar with.

Qualifications & Experience
• University graduate, preferably in B. Com/business administration or related field with related
• professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
• 2 years’ experience in sales with a demonstrable record
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
