Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Human Capital Assistant will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Capital department.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (banking details, leaves, etc.).
- Coordinate communication with candidates scheduled for interviews
- Conduct Initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Files documents and answers client and employee Inquiries
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
