Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Food Production.
- Minimum 5 years experience in both Quality Assurance and Food Production.
Requirements
- Age: 30-35 years
- Experience working in an FSSC 22,000-certified organization.
- Experience in leading a team of 50 people and above.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, solution-oriented, and a hands-on approach.
- Experience in Lean management.
- Experience in middle-level management.
