Qualifications:
- Course or diploma in any administration or related field.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive growth and development of the business.
- Customer Retention and Recruitment: Ensure excellent customer service to maintain and attract customers.
- Stock Reconciliation: Conduct daily stock reconciliation and balancing for white products, lubricants, and LPG.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Ensure safety protocols are followed and proper housekeeping is maintained.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer Skills: Operating knowledge of computers and related software.
- Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone skills to enhance customer relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively find solutions to work-related problems.
- Customer Loyalty: Ability to ensure customers return for business repeatedly.
