Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee shall have the following duties, which will be aligned to meet the Employers strategic vision:
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Maintains system capability by testing computer components.
- Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
- Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Possibly training more junior staff members.
- Perform any other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should have one to three years of related work experience
