Maisha Meds is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. We are a leading organization dedicated to improving healthcare in Africa through innovative technology. The Sales Associate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding pharmacies to utilize our point-of-sale software system. This includes generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and supporting customer onboarding processes. The role will be based in Kampala, Uganda, with occasional travel required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or health sciences.
- Ability to tap into local pharmacy networks and maintain lasting relationships.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, strong organization, and attention to detail.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
