Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate and ensure successful implementation of strategies aimed at maintaining high morale and motivation among employees.
- Coordinate performance management by ensuring timely reviews and consolidation of performance reports.
- Participate in talent attraction, retention, and exit management.
- Manage staff welfare and motivation, including reward programs.
- Promote a healthy and safe working environment.
- Other Delegated Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Advise the finance team on the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
- Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project.
- Review and approve staff time sheets for work related to a project.
- Review and recommend for approval overhead charges to be applied to a project.
- Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
- Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
- Close out project accounts upon project completion.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field from a recognized University.
- PGD Diploma in Human Resource Management as an added advantage.
- Three (3) years of experience as HRO or similar position from a reputable public or private organization.
- Registration with a professional body shall be an added advantage.
