Manager, Senior, Bus Support & Resolutn Standard Bank

Job Description
To identify, manage and provide advice in connection with Business & Commercial Banking and CIB distressed and defaulted exposures in line with the Business Support & Resolution Mandate.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Legal

Experience Required
• 3- 5 years banking experience preferably at a managerial level in Credit of a Tier 1 financial institution or Corporate finance experience in an Investment bank or Top tier audit firm
• Experience in a banking accounting / financial reporting/ controlling / risk management / risk reporting/ regulatory reporting.
Experience in Loan origination, Structuring and Restructuring
Previous collections/ debt recovery and Legal experience are an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
• Management of Watchlist, early arrears and Non-Performing Accounts under the Business Support & Resolution(BS &R) Mandate
• Support Business Banking and CIB Teams with debt origination, and restructuring of Facilities
• Manage Recovery and Litigation matters under the BS & R portfolio in collaboration with Legal and other Support functions
• Provide leadership to the BS&R function as the 2nd in charge to the Head BS&R
• Manage all Governance and Reporting requirements within the Unit
