Field Measurement Specialist Impact Woods

Hence we are seeking a passionate, self-driven Sales Representative with a highly positive attitude to be on the move, interacting with clients to gather information of their needs for us to serve them well.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits to meet with clients, present our products, and demonstrate their features and benefits effectively.
• Take accurate measurements for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Gather comprehensive information about clients’ preferences, requirements, and budgetary considerations to facilitate personalised solutions.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Record all customer information meticulously in our central database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain a filing system to document measurements and site visit details for reference and future planning.
• Collaborate with the design team to assist in preparing quotations and designs that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
• Organise and manage client appointments, calls, and tasks efficiently, maintaining an up-to-date company diary.
• Manage clients’ transition through the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Uphold professionalism and represent the company’s brand image positively during all client interactions.

Qualifications
• S.4 Completion

Essential experience and skills
• Proficiency in riding a motorcycle for site visits and client meetings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in recording measurements and client information.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Skills with an Added advantage
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with the use of a tape measure
