Reporting to the Marketing Assistant, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional customer experience as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• At least a Diploma in Marketing, or other related fields with at least one year’s proven work experience in a customer service
• A proficiency in at least 2 Ugandan dialects is a basic minimum
• Excellent communication skills with the ability and patience to manage challenging customers
• Organized and able to accurately record, document client calls, information, and Issues
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail
