Job Summary
The Technical Support Engineer is primarily a field management that includes client support.
Responsible For
• Drawing schedules for field and workshop jobs in conjunction with the Technical Manager.
• Ensure workshop tools and office equipment are in proper working conditions.
Requisition and accountability for workshop tools and any other technical requirements.
• Network and Technical Proposal writing and Drawing of Network Schematics
• Preparation in conjunction with Marketing Executive’s Product Demonstrations, Power point Presentations and Proof of concept (POC).
• Product Delivery, installation and configuration.
• On site/Field support to Company clients.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Technical Manager or the Managing Director.
Educational Requirements
• Degree, postgraduate or diploma in Information and Technology
• Minimum of three years proven technical support
