Matron Qualifications:
1. Compassionate and caring nature
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Basic understanding of child development and behavior
4. Patience and the ability to handle sensitive situations
5. High school diploma or equivalent
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English
7. Must have a National ID
8. Working experience of 3 years
