Overview:
The Partnership and Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Faith-Based Organizations, Government Entities, and Private Businesses to expand Channel 44 TV’s outreach and resources. The role involves creating collaboration opportunities aligned with the station’s Christian mission, focusing on engagement, support, and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Maintain and nurture existing partnerships.
- Represent the station at industry events.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies.
- Develop co-branded content and initiatives.
- Measure and track partnership success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Contribute to proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in partnership management, community outreach, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Deep commitment to Christian values.
