Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee our small chain of wildlife safari lodges. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you’ll lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, drive business growth, and champion conservation efforts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee lodge operations, including hospitality, guiding and support teams.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities, conservation organizations and tourism partners.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations and building loyalty.
- Manage budgets, optimize resources and ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in property management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in safari lodges or eco-tourism.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, driving business growth and team development.
- Strong understanding of conservation principles and sustainable tourism practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Location:
Your time would be split between our office located at Tilapia Lodge in Lulongo, Buwaya and the lodges located by the National Parks.
